The Custom Full-Service Experience includes not only the finest blooms, such as garden roses, ranunculus, and dahlias, but also an array of customization options. Want a specific color palette or unique floral installations? No request is too extravagant for our team.

On the day of your event, we take care of everything from delivery to meticulous set-up, ensuring every petal is perfectly in place. Our expert floral designers bring your vision to life, transforming the venue into a captivating masterpiece.

The Full Service Process

Make it Official

If everything in looks good and you think we’re a good match, we will send you over a contract to sign, and invoice to pay and we will get you on our calendar so we can get started!

Complimentary Consultation

Upon confirming availability, we will forward a questionnaire along with a scheduling tool to book a consultation call to get to know each other and discuss your vision. From there we can move forward with a creating a custom proposal and mood board.

Check-In

4-5 months before your big day, we will work closely to refine and finalize the design details. This can include custom floral and design mock-ups (digital or in person), site visits, or multiple meetings which can be added as a line item cost to your proposal.

Finalize the Details

2-3 months before your event we will set up any follow-up virtual meetings to collect final details and put finishing touches on your design elements.

We will prepare your blooms with extra care and thoughtfully design each arrangement! We will handle logistics, ensuring that every detail is in place for a seamless execution.

Custom Pick-Up

Ideal for those who relish the creative process and enjoy a more do-it-yourself approach to the day-of set-up, Custom Pick-Up allows you to collaborate with us on tailoring the floral and design elements for your special occasion.

Please keep in mind that Custom Pick-Up orders require a minimum of 3 months' advance notice to ensure ample time for meticulous planning and preparation.

While our standard delivery service is not included in Custom Pick-Up, during our low season (November - May), you may have the option to add delivery to your event for an additional fee. This flexibility provides you with the choice to either personally pick up your customized order or opt for the convenience of having it delivered during the specified season.

A La Carte

This option is the epitome of convenience and cost-effectiveness, making it perfect for those who appreciate our signature Jae Le Mae style but prefer a more do-it-yourself approach for the day-of set-up.

Please be aware that the À La Carte option is available for pick-up only, giving you the flexibility to collect your order and personally oversee the final touches at your event venue.

Ideal for those who desire both the beauty of our floral arrangements and the ease of a budget-friendly choice, À La Carte orders should be placed at least 2 months in advance. This ensures ample time for our team to curate and prepare your selection, allowing you to experience the perfect blend of simplicity, style, and affordability for your special occasion.

Clients typically invest between $2,000 and $4,500 for our À La Carte offerings.
